For standard stock items, returns must be made with a valid RMA #, returned in the original packaging and original condition, and must be received within 30 days from the date of order.Custom blends and patterns, special order items and software are non-refundable, due to the unique nature of the product and labor involved in creating them. Before returning any product, you will need to call or email with your order ID for an RMA number. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise. Shipping is non-refundable.
Software, once opened, is non-returnable; damaged discs will be replaced at no charge.
