Sample orders ship in 1-3 business days.

In stock items ship in 1-7 business days.

Our Made to order patterns have a lead time of 3-5 weeks prior to shipping (subject to change)

Transit times just got faster. For the average transit time to your location from our TX warehouse, please view the transit map below:

PLEASE NOTE: Postal packages ship out daily and have an average 2-3 days in transit for Priority shipping, but U.S. Postal transit times are NOT guaranteed. If you have a time-sensitive order, please choose the appropriate UPS shipping option.

Damaged Shipments

We insist on quality products for our clients, and insure all shipments (except samples) for that reason. If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping, please keep the package intact just as it arrived, and call (936) 239-9471 or send an email which includes your Order ID# to customerservice@mosaictile.com
